Food for thought

I love to feed people! I've been a chef for almost 20 years and I put my love and energy into my cooking. One of the most satisfying feelings for me is watching someone enjoy a dish or dessert I made. Food is nourishment and nourishment isn't restricted to the kind that you put in your mouth. This blog is dedicated to mental, spiritual and physical nourishment utilizing food as a vehicle; plus some poetry ;-). Bon appetit!
